Not only are you beautiful, but you have the nerve to be talented and gifte by God.  Hold your head up Girl and know that you are loved and appreciated.  Don't give the enemy any place to cause you to have low self-esteem or doubt.  You are indeed fearfully and wonderfully made.  This is your year to decree it and speak it! This is the year o f new beginnings.  So get your step on Girl, because God is faithful to perform all that He has promised to you!  The words you speak from your mouth determine your outcome.  Why not speak good and positive things over your life Girl?  You are not defeated but rather you are more than a conqueror.  You have been through a lot in your life and look at you now, just as pretty and as strong as ever!  Oh, how blessed you are.  Look what God has done and look where He has brought you from.  Begin to bless God and praise Him for all that He has done, and for making you so beautiful!  He knows you and what is best for you.  Believe that He has even greater things in store for you and your family.  Girl, get over the silly stuff and grab hold of faith.  Seek God as never before.  Sure, times are hard, but God is Good!   Learn to love who He has made you to be.  There is no one like You!

A Virtuous Woman

"10: Who can find a virtuous woman? for her price is far above rubies. 11: The heart of her husband doth safely trust in her, so that he shall have no need of spoil. 12: She will do him good and not evil all the days of her life. 13: She seeketh wool, and flax, and worketh willingly with her hands. 14: She is like the merchants' ships; she bringeth her food from afar. 15: She riseth also while it is yet night, and giveth meat to her household, and a portion to her maidens. 16: She considereth a field, and buyeth it: with the fruit of her hands she planteth a vineyard. 17: She girdeth her loins with strength, and strengtheneth her arms. 18: She perceiveth that her merchandise is good: her candle goeth not out by night. 19: She layeth her hands to the spindle, and her hands hold the distaff. 20: She stretcheth out her hand to the poor; yea, she reacheth forth her hands to the needy. 21: She is not afraid of the snow for her household: for all her household are clothed with scarlet. 22: She maketh herself coverings of tapestry; her clothing is silk and purple. 23: Her husband is known in the gates, when he sitteth among the elders of the land. 24: She maketh fine linen, and selleth it; and delivereth girdles unto the merchant. 25: Strength and honour are her clothing; and she shall rejoice in time to come. 26: She openeth her mouth with wisdom; and in her tongue is the law of kindness. 27: She looketh well to the ways of her household, and eateth not the bread of idleness.  28: Her children arise up, and call her blessed; her husband also, and he praiseth her. 29: Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all. 30: Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised. 31: Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates" (Prov. 31).

Some Words of Encouragement from our Lord God himself...

For you are a chosen [woman], you are a royal priest, a holy [daughter]. God's very own possession. As a result, you can show others the goodness of God, for he called you out of the darkness into his wonderful light. 1 Peter 2:9 (NIV)

"Fear not, for I have redeemed you; I have called you by name; you are mine....you are precious and honored in my sight, and I love you." Isaiah 43:1, 4 (NIV)

For [you] are God's masterpiece. He has created [you] anew in Christ Jesus, so [you] can do the good things he planned for [you] long ago. Ephesians 2:10 (NLT)

In all these things [you] are more than [a] conqueror through him who loved [you]. Romans 8:37 (NIV)

May these words encourage you today and remind you of who you are and whose you are....

What God Says About You!

It seems to me many women & young adults struggle with insecurity, low self-esteem or low self-worth more than men. Why do we women tend to think we're not pretty enough, smart enough, doing enough...just not enough?  Why do we compare ourselves to other women and think they're doing a better job than we are at everything?

I think there's one big reason: enemy of our souls is looking to rob of us our joy and our purpose.  God's Word tells us in John 10:10, "The thief comes only to steal and kill and destroy; I have come that they may have life, and have it to the full."

Here are some great verses here to post somewhere in your house, maybe several places, and to memorize one, so when the thief tries to steal your joy and life, you use God's truth as your weapon.

Ephesians 2:10, “For we are God’s masterpiece. He has created us anew in Christ Jesus, so we can do the good things he planned for us long ago.” (NLT)

Psalm 45:11, “The king is enthralled by your beauty…”(NIV)

Zephaniah 3:17, “The LORD your God is with you, the Mighty Warrior who saves. He will take great delight in you; in his love he will no longer rebuke you, but will rejoice over you with singing.” (NIV)

Psalm 149:4, “For the LORD delights in his people…” (NLT)

Psalm 139, 13, 14, “For You formed my inward parts; You wove me in my mother's womb. I will give thanks to You, for I am fearfully and wonderfully made; wonderful are Your works and my soul knows it very well.

Isaiah 49:16, “See, I have written your name on the palms of my hands.” (NLT)

Ephesians 1:4, “Even before he made the world, God loved us and chose us in Christ to be holy and without fault in his eyes.” (NLT)

1 John 3:1, “See how great a love the Father has bestowed on us, that we would be called children of God; and such we are…” (NAS)
Deuteronomy 7:7, “The LORD did not set his heart on you and choose you because you were more numerous than other nations, for you were the smallest of all nations!Rather, it was simply that the LORD loves you…”(NLT)

Today I challenge you to believe what the Lover of your Soul says about you.  Choose to believe what Jesus alone says about you.

Plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future..." With that being said I am sitting back waiting expectantly for what God has planned for me and I hope that you are too. Remember when your in a situation and you are not sure about ask yourself this simple phrase " Why Do I Say Yes...When I should be saying NO?  If anyone has any situation that you have encountered when you said yes and you know whole heartily that you should have said no, comment on here let's talk about it and see if we can collectively help one other to make more sound and healthy choices in our lives this year.
